Monitorable temperature range

• Whole device (e.g. in refrigerator or freezer): -30°C to +60°C
• If only the probe is exposed to the measuring temperature: -55°C to +125°C  
• Accuracy: in the range -10°C to +85°C: +/- 0.5°C
